Barre Fusion

Drums Alive®

Drums Alive promotes health and healing through movement and rhythm by combining the physical benefits of a fitness program with the cognitive benefits of practicing music and rhythm.

H.I.I.T.

High Intensity Interval Training – Ideal for weight loss and building muscle, H.I.I.T. can burn twice as many calories as a typical cardio regimen without drastically altering one’s diet. H.I.I.T. is intended to be a supplement to a typical workout routine, not a replacement. After a H.I.I.T. workout, it takes a minimum of 48 hours for your central nervous system (CNS) to recover, and overtraining can negatively impact your CNS and cause muscle damage, mechanical tension and metabolic stress.

Kettlebells

Ballistic exercises using handled cast-iron weights. Workout combines cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training, targeting the lower back, legs, shoulders and grip strength.

LaBlast

A revolutionary dance fitness program that fuses exciting ballroom dances with fully integrated fitness routines and choreography that gets your body energized while increasing core strength, flexibility and balance.

Sculpting

A tried and true workout routine that focuses on weight loss and strength. Firm your abs, arms, back and shoulders while strengthening your legs, hips and butt.

SilverSneakers®

SilverSneakers is the nation’s leading exercise program for active older adults. The program is designed to help seniors take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity and offering social events. Classes focus on strength, endurance, range of movement, flexibility, balance, agility and coordination.

Step Fusion

Incorporating the movements of step aerobics with creative choreography and a challenging strength and toning routine, Step Fusion helps to burn calories and fat while reducing stress, promoting restful sleep, strengthening muscles and toning your overall physique.

Tabata

Similar to High Intensity Interval Training, Tabata works large muscle groups for 20-second movements, with 10-second rest periods between movements. Exercises can include pushups, squats, rows and sit-ups.

Turbo Kick

A fast-paced workout, Turbo Kick blends kickboxing with hip-hop dance moves to help you lose weight and improve your cardiovascular health. The interval-based workout combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, dancing, yoga and simple dance moves. No equipment needed!

Yoga/Intermediate Yoga

Strengthen your mind, body and spirit. The physical postures of yoga can help to alleviate health problems while reducing stress and improving your physical and mental ‘posture’.

Zumba

Developed by Colombian dancer and choreographer, Alberto “Beto” Perez, Zumba blends aerobic movements like squats and lunges with dance elements from hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.

Aqua aerobics classes are held in the lap pool in groups and vary in intensity and by teacher. This is a great way to exercise with a low-impact, resistance-based activity. Movements are mostly vertical in water that’s typically at least waist deep. Classes generally focus on aerobic endurance and resistance training.

Group cycling classes are held daily in our cycling studio. Classes are set to music and require headphones to hear the instructor. The studio features 23 bike stations with individual headphone jacks. Be sure to arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so the instructor can properly set you up. Bring water, a towel and headphones.
